HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
PURCHASE ORDER FORMS
We have seperate Purchase Orders Forms for the authorized vendor distributors we work with. To access these forms you will need to create an account and be approved. Once approved the offers will be accessible from the menu bar. To order, simply email us the offer you are interested in and our team will email you the price list and purchase order form for that offer. It is very important that the minimum order amount (MOA) and minimum order quantity (MOQ) stipulated by each offer be met.

PRICING & AVAILABILTIY
The list price for products on our purchase orders represents the wholesale price for each item and is based on the cost price from manufacturer or vendor. We reserve the right to increase any given price without notice if the cost is higher. Should there be a price discrepancy on your order, we will notify you before shipping or cancel your order.

SHIPPING
Orders are usually processed within 24-72 business hours as long as payment is cleared before 10:30 AM EST. All orders ship FOB origin with transit times between 1-5 business days domestically. We will not take liability for goods missing or damaged during shipment. Once your order has been shipped the liability of the goods in transit has been transferred to the carrier.
Customers will be able to track their orders online. We will email tracking information the same day or within 24 hours after an order is shipped. The email may include a link or a tracking number to track orders. Please allow 24 hours for shipments to be registered online as it takes shipping companies some time to update their records. Most Courier and LTL orders can be tracked online, however, not all shipments can be tracked. Ocean Container & Full truckload shipments may not be tracked online in real time. We will provide you with the carriers contact details for you to reach out to them for an updated ETA.
