HOW TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT
Feel free to browse our website and products without registering, however in order to view prices on our website, receive our weekly emailed inventory spreadsheet, place orders, see status of orders placed, view completed orders, print invoices and to receive a shipping quote, you will need to register on our website. Creating an account is FREE. Simply click on “Create an account” link in the menu bar above. You will be required to enter your preferred email address, enter and confirm your password and complete some basic information about your business. Should you need further assistance in creating your account you can email us.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
ONLINE STORE
Our online store was designed to make the ordering process simple to order from our main inventory. In order to place an order online you must register on our website by creating an account. Once you have been registered and approved, simply browse our main inventory, click the item you wish to order and enter the amount of cases required. Submit the item to your cart by clicking the “ADD TO CART” button. After adding the product to your cart and if you would like to continue shopping, select the “Click here to keep shopping...” link. When you have selected all items for your order, click the “CHECKOUT” button to begin the checking out process of; confirming your billing & shipping details, choosing your shipping method, confirming your order and selecting your method of payment.
PURCHASE ORDERS
We have provided several Purchase Orders spreadsheets for our main inventory as well as our vendor partners. To access these spreadsheets you will need to create an account and be approved. Once approved the spreadsheets will be accessible from the menu bar. To order, simply complete and email the purchase orders meeting the minimum order amount (MOA) and minimum order quantity (MOQ) stipulated by each spreadsheet. Orders submitted incorrectly will not be processed.

PRICING & AVAILABILTIY
The list price for products displayed on our website and purchase orders represents the wholesale price for each item and is based on the cost price from manufacturer or vendor. We reserve the right to increase any given price without notice if the cost is higher. Should there be a price discrepancy on your order, we will notify you before shipping or cancel your order.

SHIPPING
Online orders (orders via website) are usually processed within 24-72 business hours and order via purchase order spreadsheets are processed within 48-96 business hours once payment is cleared before 10:30 AM EST. All orders ship FOB origin with transit times between 1-5 business days domestically. We will not take liability for goods missing or damaged during shipment. Once your order has been shipped the liability of the goods in transit has been transferred to the carrier.
Customers will be able to track their orders online. We will email tracking information the same day or within 24 hours after an order is shipped. The email may include a link or a tracking number to track orders. Please allow 24 hours for shipments to be registered online as it takes shipping companies some time to update their records. Most Courier and LTL orders can be tracked online, however, not all shipments can be tracked. Ocean Container & Full truckload shipments may not be tracked online in real time. We will provide you with the carriers contact details for you to reach out to them for an updated ETA.
