What are the requirements to create an account with LeadingBrandsOnline.com and who are your customers?

LeadingBrandsOnline.com is an online B2B wholesale & export company, therefore we sell to established business accounts only. We will require a copy of a TAX ID or Resale Certificate for all US-based clients and a copy of your company’s Business Registration for International clients. Our clients are predominantly:

  • - Distributors
  • - Large Retailers
  • - Small Retailers

  • - Wholesalers

 

How do I get the prices for your products?

By registering and creating an account. To create an account is FREE. Simply click CREATE AN ACCOUNT in the menu bar above and complete our New Account Registration form. Once registered, you will receive access to the prices for each item on our online store and an email confirming your registration. You will ONLY have access to our purchase order spreadsheets once your account has been approved.


Can I get your price catalog in CSV or Excel format?

Yes. Once your account has been approved you will have access to the link with our Purchase Order spreadsheet. Please note you will only have access to this link when you are logged in.

Our Purchase Order spreadsheet contains available items in with their respective:

  • - SKU/Product ID
  • - UPC#
  • - Product Description
  • - UM (Unit of Measure)
  • - Unit Price
  • - Case Price
  • - Case Size
  • - Cases Available
  • - MOA (Minimum Order Amount)
  • - MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)

 

Do you offer Quantity Discounts?

Yes. Only a small discount can be discussed on large volumes of a single sku from our Online Store ONLY.


What are your methods of payments?

LeadingBrandsOnline.com accepts the following PREPAID method of payments ONLY:

  • WIRE/ACH/EFT.
  • Zelle

    Do you have a minimum order amount or quantity?

    Yes, the minimum order quantity and amount varies between our Purchase Order spreasheets. On our online store however the MOA is $5000.00 and MOQ is by CASES ONLY.


    How do I place orders?

    Orders can be placed via our website or by completing and returning any of the Purchase Order spreadsheets provided.


    How long will my order take to ship?

    Online orders generally ship within 24-72 business hours and orders from our purchase order spreadsheets ship within 48-96 business hours. If multiple orders are received from more than one purchase order spreadsheets or a combination of online orders and purchase order spreadsheets then the shipping lead times will be longer. Payment must be cleared before 10:30 AM EST. 

    How can I track my order?

    We email tracking numbers the same day or within 24 hours an order is shipped. The email will include a link to track your order. Orders can also be tracked via the "My Account" portal. Please allow 24 hours for shipments to be registered online as it takes shipping companies some time to update their records. Most Courier and LTL orders can be tracked online, however, not all shipments can be tracked. Ocean Container & Full truckload shipments may not be tracked online in real time. We will provide you with the carriers contact details for you to reach out to them for an updated ETA.  You may also track the status of your order from your ONLINE account.


    What are the expiration dates on your products?

    All products we supply are delivered in their manufacturers sealed cases or packaging with expiration dates of at least one year or more.

     

    Do you offer FREE Shipping?

    No, we don't offer FREE shipping.

    Online Orders

    Shipping & Handling Charges of online orders are flat pallet rates and based on the time zone the order is being shipped to.

    Purchase Orders 

    Freight/Shipping charges for orders submitted via purchase order spreadsheets will be based on orders received.

     

    Do you sell Overstock/Closeout merchandise?

    No, we don’t. We sell 100% brand new factory sealed merchandise, still in its original packaging.

     

    Can you assign me a Sales Representative?

    No. We don’t hire Sales Representatives but, we have Customer Service Representatives that are more than capable to assist with any inquiries that you may have.


    Do you offer Drop Shipping?

    LeadingBrandsOnline.com does not operate a Drop Shipping program per say, but YES we can drop ship and/or blind ship any order on your behalf. We understand the unique requirements of all our clients and offer customized solutions tailored to meet their specific needs.

    Whether you require your order to be split up and shipped to separate locations by the box or pallet, we have logistics partners who are fast, reliable and cost-effective in handling all domestic and international shipments.  

    Once your order is confirmed we can provide upon request the following information prior to shipping:

    • - Weight & Dimension per case of each item
    • - Expiry Dates of item(s) that carries one
    • - Total number of cases/cartons
    • - Weight & Dimension of shipping pallet(s)

     

    Provide all the details of your requirements along with bill of ladings/shipping plans, labels, labelling instructions, and documentation of where you want your order shipped and our team well get the job done.

     

    Can we pick up our order from your partner's warehouse?

    Yes you can but there is a Freight Forwarding Fee* of US $75/pallet or US$15/carton.

    *Freight Forwarding Fee includes the Receiving, Basic Inspection, Carton Count, Handling & Short Term Storage of your orders.

     

    Does your partner ship internationally?

    Yes, they do. We can work with your freight forwarding company or you can use our experienced logistics experts to handle all international shipments to your final destination.

    How do I submit a claim for credit or refund?

    Where is your warehouse/showroom located?

    As a strictly online based company, we don’t have our own warehouse or showroom. We consolidate and ship all orders directly from manufacturers and vendors to our clients via our 3rd party logistics partner warehouses.
