What are the requirements to create an account with LeadingBrandsOnline.com and who are your customers?

LeadingBrandsOnline.com is an online B2B wholesale & export company, therefore we sell to established business accounts only. We will require a copy of a TAX ID or Resale Certificate for all US-based customers and a copy of your company’s Business Registration for International customers. Our customers are predominantly:

  • - Distributors
  • - Large Retailers
  • - Small Retailers (Online Retailers / E-commerce)

  • - Wholesalers

 

How do I get the prices for your products?

By registering and creating an account. To create an account is FREE. Simply click CREATE AN ACCOUNT in the menu bar above and complete our New Account Registration form. Once registered, you will receive access to the prices for each item online and an email confirming your registration.  


Can I get your price catalog in CSV or Excel format?

Yes, once you create an account you will receive our weekly deals, new arrivals & updated product/price catalog in Excel.

Our product price list/ data feed contains all items in stock with their respective:

  • - SKU/Product ID
  • - Brand Name
  • - UPC#
  • - Product Description
  • - UM (Unit of Measure)
  • - Unit Price
  • - Case Price
  • - Case Size

What are your methods of payments?

LeadingBrandsOnline.com accepts the following prepaid method of payments:

  • Wire Transfers.
  • Direct Cash Deposits
  • Checks & Money Orders (Funds must be cleared before orders are processed).
  • Credit Cards (A 3% fee applies) - This website supports processing credit card payments in 135+ currencies. Click Here to see if your currency is supported. Please allow 2 business days for your account to be credited after processing payment.

  • Do you have a minimum order quantity?

    Yes, the minimum order quantity is US$3000.00. Full case quantities only. Plus Shipping. You can mix and match case quantities between all categories except Medical Supplies. If you would like to place orders below our MOQ but above US$1000.00 add an additional 10% to the prices listed on the website:

    The minimum order quantity for our Medical Supplies category only is $2000 + Shipping. Sorry, we don't accept orders below our MOQ for this category.


    How do I place orders?

    Orders are placed online.  Select the products you desire to order, by the case, and complete the checkout. Once your order is received, we will contact you to process your order.  Orders can be placed 24/7.

    How long will my order take to ship?

    Orders are generally shipped within 24-72 business hours, once payment is cleared before 10:30 AM EST. 

    How can I track my order?

    We email tracking numbers the same day or within 24 hours an order is shipped. The email will include a link to track your order. Orders can also be tracked via the "My Account" portal. Please allow 24 hours for shipments to be registered online as it takes shipping companies some time to update their records. Most Courier and LTL orders can be tracked online, however, not all shipments can be tracked. Ocean Container & Full truckload shipments may not be tracked online in real time. We will provide you with the carriers contact details for you to reach out to them for an updated ETA.  You may also track the status of your order from your ONLINE account.

    Do you offer discounts?

    Yes, we do offer discounts but, discounts are based firstly on order frequency and then the increase in order volume/size over a period of time. 

    What are the expiration dates on your products?

    All products we supply are delivered in their manufacturers sealed cases with expiration dates of at least one year or more. Expiration dates are clearly stated beside each item on quotes and invoices.

     

    Can you please explain the following case descriptions?

    - 72-Per Case | Pack:-12x6 -

    This means that there's a total of 72 units in a case and they are packaged as 12 packs with 6 units wrapped together.

    - 12-Per Case | Pack:-4x3 -

    This means that there's a total of 12 units in a case and they are packaged as 4 packs with 3 units wrapped together.

    - 12-Per Case | Pack:-1x12 -

    This means that there's a total of 12 units in a case and they are packaged as 12 individual units without being wrapped.

     

    Who pays the freight?

    Payment of freight charges is the responsibility of the customer. All freight ships F.O.B. from our logistics partner’s warehouse:

    How will I know the freight charges for my order?

    Freight charges are based on order’s weight, cubic dimensions and destination. These charges will be quoted on Invoices AFTER placing your order online.

    Do you sell Overstock/Closeout merchandise?

    No, we don’t. We sell 100% brand new factory sealed merchandise, still in its original packaging.

     

    Can you assign me a Sales Represntative?

    No. We don’t hire Sales Representatives but, we have Customer Service Representatives that are more than capable to assist with any inquiries that you may have.


    Do you offer Drop Shipping?

    LeadingBrandsOnline.com does not operate a Drop Shipping program per say, but YES we can drop ship and/or blind ship any order on your behalf. We understand the unique requirements of all our customers and offer customized solutions tailored to meet their specific needs.

    Whether you require your order to be split up and shipped to separate locations by the box or pallet, we have logistics partners who are fast, reliable and cost-effective in handling all domestic and international shipments.  

    Once your order is confirmed we can provide upon request the following information prior to shipping:

    • - Weight & Dimension per case of each item
    • - Expiry Dates of item(s) that carries one
    • - Total number of cases/cartons
    • - Weight & Dimension of shipping pallet(s)

     

    Provide all the details of your requirements along with bill of ladings/shipping plans, labels, labelling instructions, and documentation of where you want your order shipped and our team well get the job done.

     

    Can we pick up our order from your partner's warehouse?

    Yes you can but there is a Freight Forwarding Fee* of $30/pallet.

    *Freight Forwarding Fee includes the Receiving, Basic Inspection, Carton Count, Handling & Short Term Storage of your orders.

    Does your partner ship to FBA warehouses?

    Yes, they do ship to FBA warehouses as well as to other fulfillment centers, wholesalers, distributors, trading companies and small/large retailers.

     

    Does your partner ship internationally?

    Yes, they do. We can work with your freight forwarding company or you can use our experienced logistics experts to handle all international shipments to your final destination.

    Where is your warehouse/showroom located?

    As a strictly online based company, we don’t have our own warehouse or showroom. We consolidate and ship all orders directly from manufacturers and suppliers to our customers via our logistics partners warehouse:
